UK & Worldwide Delivery
At Gamble & Gunn, we offer tracked delivery throughout the UK and to destinations worldwide.
Please note: Due to EU Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) packaging regulations, we are currently only able to ship to France, Switzerland, Norway and Germany within the Europe. We continue to deliver throughout the UK and to destinations outside the EU.
We charge delivery per order, not per hat, so however many hats you purchase, you’ll only pay one delivery charge based on the size of your shipment.
You can also track your order by logging into your customer account, where you’ll find your order status and tracking details.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery – From £3.49
All standard UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically arriving within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Large Letter (caps) – £3.49
Parcel (boxed hats) – £3.99
Next Working Day Delivery – £9.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
Orders placed before 10.30am Monday to Friday will be dispatched for delivery the following working day, subject to service availability.
Orders placed on Friday will normally arrive on Monday.
Saturday delivery may be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact our office before 10.30am to enquire.
European Union Delivery – France, Switzerland, Norway & Germany Only
We currently deliver to France and Germany using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Large Letter – £6.95
Parcel – £9.95
Unfortunately, we are temporarily unable to ship to other EU member countries due to packaging compliance requirements.
Import Duties & Taxes
Applicable import taxes, duties and customs charges may be payable depending on the destination and order. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
Worldwide Delivery
We ship to destinations worldwide outside the European Union, including the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, subject to local postal and customs restrictions.
All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked or an appropriate tracked courier service.

USA Customers
For deliveries to the USA, we currently prepay applicable import duties to help avoid unexpected customs charges and delays associated with duty payments.
Our standard worldwide delivery charges also apply to orders shipped to the USA.
Other International Destinations
Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may apply according to local regulations. Where these have not been prepaid, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
All Gamble & Gunn hats are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
