Completely British-made, this flat cap is cut from a rare rust check tweed by W. Bill, uncovered during our ongoing hunt for vintage cloth long hidden in storage. Woven in 1999 the year Stanley Kubrick released his final film, the Euro was introduced, and the world prepared to welcome a new millennium this fabric carries a distinctive moment in history.

From explorers like Sir Ernest Shackleton to artists such as Picasso, and even modern designers including Vivienne Westwood, W. Bill fabrics have always been prized for their superior quality and timeless character. Woven in the British Isles, this tweed combines 175 years of craftsmanship with vintage provenance, making each cap a truly one-of-a-kind find.

Fully lined in fawn satin and finished with a petersham sweatband for lasting comfort. Freshly made from this vintage tweed, this cap comes in a limited run of only 8 caps available in a 55cm through to a 63cm
